Araceli Paola Gonzalez has been part of our program since 2024. She was registered as a child in a situation of vulnerability, facing significant challenges, especially in the areas of health and education.
She is currently 9 years old. At the time of her enrollment, she was not attending school and required specific care for her vision. She had difficulties seeing the blackboard and reading, which affected her learning and development.
Through sponsorship and the support of Nations Help, Araceli received medical care, including an eye exam and prescription glasses. With these improvements, she has returned to school and is now able to participate in classroom activities and socialize with other children.
Araceli lives with her parents and siblings in a simple home. Her father, who had been unemployed for a long time, was able to receive food assistance for the whole family through our programs, easing their struggle for daily sustenance.
Additionally, the family began receiving visits and spiritual support from our local team. These moments of prayer, conversation, and encouragement brought renewed hope to their hearts.
The Gonzalez family’s story is a beautiful example of how God works through the generosity of those who choose to sponsor a child. More than material help, it’s about restoring dignity, faith, and purpose.
