Hello! My name is Emmanuel Gaspard and I was born with severe cerebral palsy, which impaired my mobility, speech and intellect. But it does not hinder my ability to love and be loved! I came to the New Life House in February 1997, only a few weeks after my mother passed away. I was brought here by my father, but unfortunately he never returned to visit me. Despite this, you will realize that I have a bright smile and if you come close to me I will try to talk to you, although this sounds just like a noise. When you look into my eyes, it touches my soul and when others take the time to talk to me, it makes me feel happy! It’s the team here at New Life and people like you partnering with Nations Help, who make my life so much brighter!
