Hello! My name is Tam Nehemie. I live in the neighborhood of Waff Jeremié (Cité Soleil), one of the largest and most dangerous favela complexes in the city of Port-au-Prince. My father abandoned me when I was four and my mother was pregnant with my younger sister. I never saw my father again. I live with my mother and my little sister. I really enjoy studying all the school subjects, and I am extremely studious. My health requires special care because I constantly have fever. My mother had no source of income. The neighbors, when they could, gave some food to support my family. Thank you for your donation of love in favor of my life and my family who have provided us with a dignified diet, and income generation for my mother through handicraft workshops.
