Hello, my name is Jean Jerry, I live in Cité Soleil, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I was born on January 9, 2011.
I would like to share with you a little of my life: I was abandoned by my parents and a widow woman adopted me. Despite all the scarcity she was already experiencing, I was welcomed by her, and I am very grateful, because nothing will erase my smile and sweetness. My foster mother does what she can to support us, selling offal on the streets, but she can’t get enough.
I love playing football with my friends, and my biggest dream is to be a teacher, to teach the underprivileged children in my neighborhood to read and write. Unfortunately, there are also many manifestations here, which have generated many conflicts with violence, but God has kept us.
I believe that through the Nations Help Project, my quality of life will improve a lot. Thank you for being an answer of love and mercy, in favor of my life and family!
Now that you know a little about Jean Jerry’s history, by sponsoring him, you will help maintain health programs (appointments, exams and medication, when prescribed by the doctor), food, education (school supplies). The program also offers spiritual investment, through biblical discipleship and study of the Word of God. We teach children about the Kingdom of God and the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ.
